Diane’s Treasures provides your participants with everything they need to get started with your candle fundraiser. We provide full color candle fundraising forms featuring the candles available for purchase along with the fragrances of your choice. We make it easy for everyone by only offering our best selling Diane’s Treasures 8” Hex Soy Candles with best selling fragrances from our Diane’s Treasures fragrance list chosen by you to make it easy for your supporters to choose.
Diane’s Treasures suggest your candle fundraiser participants take orders for no more than 3 weeks (average candle fundraisers last 2 weeks). Your supporters are asked to pay at the time of placing their orders. If they would like to pay via check they would make it payable to your organization. At the end of the candle fundraisers the participants would turn in all monies and sales forms to the person in charge of the candle fundraisers.
Once the candle fundraisers end the orders will be tallied using the master tally sheet that will be provided by us. The master tally sheet will then be sent to us along with a check or money order for the entire order.
Once the master tally sheet and payment are received (and your check clears) your candle fundraiser order will ship within approximately 10 to 14 business days. This timeframe may be longer if your order is very large. Please plan accordingly.
Once you receive the shipment you will separate the orders and give them to your candle fundraising participants to deliver to your supporters. As an incentive to your top seller we will provide a gift ranging from one candle to a full set of candles to them as a prize depending on the size of the organization's total order.
